J&M Inflatables is a wonderful company to rent from. I was a little worried about the weather the day of the party because we had high winds. However, they did not cancel they showed up and just told us what to do in the event the wind got crazy!! We weathered the cold and the kids had a Blast. I can't wait for Summer in order to rent One of the Water Slide Units. We will definitely rent again, as well as share the information about them. Really Great Customer Service, very Kind and Friendly!!

It was easy to book a rental online, and I received a quote immediately. The staff was great at communicating, came early to set up, came shortly after the party was over to take the bouncy house down, and was very friendly. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

They are fantastic, if not the best in East Texas area. It was super easy to order the bounce house from their website, they have excellent customer service, answered prontly every question I had and were ponctual. They were the best inflatable company I have ever dealt with and went beyond my expectations. They made sure to sanitize it, the bounce house was clean and in excellent condition. Thank you, guys! This is my second time to rent from the Davis family and I will only ever rent from them! They go above and beyond! I emailed several times back and forth with them and they were always quick to respond and happy to help! When they set the unit up and steak it down they also disinfect the inside of the unit! That means so much since the pandemic!! But - it also means they have inspected these units before and after each rental so I know without a doubt that the unit will be in tip-top shape for my event! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!

I was blown away how nice, friendly, and prompt the team was. Absolutely amazing customer service. We rented the unicorn which looked brand new. J&M completely sanitized and made sure it was very clean and safe when putting it up. They did the same taking it down. They even gave our birthday girl a J&M tee shirt. I was going crazy trying to find a bounce house for my sons birthday and was directed to J&M Inflatables, to say they went above and beyond is an understatement!
