They made sure that we understood the product carefully explained the dos and dont's making sure we were comfortable with using the product. They were very courteous and professional, which made me feel good that they also valued their product and their business. They did an awesome job picking up the product making sure my property was in the same condition it was in before setting up. I was blown away how nice, friendly, and prompt the team was. Absolutely amazing customer service. We rented the unicorn which looked brand new. J&M completely sanitized and made sure it was very clean and safe when putting it up. They did the same taking it down. They even gave our birthday girl a J&M tee shirt. We will rent from them from now on!!

The owners were very friendly communicated wonderful. Everything was right on time got there when they said they were going to be there for drop of and pick up . Had everything they needed for set up and all around just wonderful people. This is my second time to rent from the Davis family and I will only ever rent from them! They go above and beyond! I emailed several times back and forth with them and they were always quick to respond and happy to help! When they set the unit up and steak it down they also disinfect the inside of the unit! That means so much since the pandemic!! But - it also means they have inspected these units before and after each rental so I know without a doubt that the unit will be in tip-top shape for my event! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend!!

J&M Inflatables is a wonderful company to rent from. I was a little worried about the weather the day of the party because we had high winds. However, they did not cancel they showed up and just told us what to do in the event the wind got crazy!! We weathered the cold and the kids had a Blast.
